The Forgotten Witness

Following Jesus and Living Your Faith at Work in the Marketplace

You spend more than two thousand hours a year at work. What if God has called you into vocational ministry right there? Writing from inside the marketplace, Justin Creasman invites you to stop compartmentalizing your faith and practice the way of Jesus in every task, conversation, and decision. Through honest stories, Scripture, and twelve practices, from endurance and surrender to prayer, workmanship, and a rule of life, you will learn how consistency builds credibility. Each chapter closes with Reflection questions and a Reach Practice for your workweek.

Two tracks, one foundation.

Marketplace leaders and local churches face different challenges, so the training is built differently for each. Both rest on the same four convictions.

  • Faith at Work one-week edition for individuals and small groups

The shared core in both tracks

The Basin and the Towel

Servant leadership from John 13 is the posture behind every strong team.

Integrity and Excellence

Honest, careful work that earns trust and points people to Christ.

Stewardship

Time, talent, treasure, and influence are entrusted to us, not owned.

Surrendered Strategy

Plan with excellence, then hold the plan with open hands.

Marketplace Leadership Training

Faith at Work: bring your faith to your work in a week or a day.

The one-week edition gives you five short days of Scripture, teaching, reflection, and one practice to try at work, about 25 minutes a day, on your own or with a partner.

The one-day retreat brings the same themes into four sessions, a personal plan, and a commissioning, built for churches, companies, and networks.
